What CB Summer Is

CB Summer is the community-facing expression of Cultivated Brilliance. It is a complete program in its own right, not a sample or an introduction in the diminished sense, but a real, structured experience of what CB formation looks like, compressed into an intensive two-week cohort.

Students engage with three of the five CB tracks during each cohort, moving through a twenty-unit curriculum that pairs academic instruction with character formation, field engagement, and direct contact with the Six Domains framework. Families participate alongside students, reflecting CB's core belief that the family is the primary unit of formation.

CB Summer also serves as a natural point of entry for families exploring full enrollment in the Cultivated Brilliance Micro-School. Many families use the summer cohort to experience the curriculum before committing to a full-time formation education.

The Experience

Two weeks. Real depth.

CB Summer is built to give students a genuine experience of formation education in a short, intensive window. It is not a watered-down version of the full curriculum, but a complete arc on its own terms.

01

Academic Instruction

Mornings are structured around academic content tied directly to the active tracks. Students are not just exposed to ideas, they work through real material with real rigor.

02

Field Engagement

Students leave the classroom to engage directly with the community and the fields they are studying through site visits, practitioner encounters, and hands-on application of track content.

03

Formation Activity

Structured time dedicated to the Six Domains framework directly: identity work, relational practice, and the kind of reflection that builds genuine self-understanding over two weeks.
